Each day you should practice a regular exercise of about 45 minutes, such as walking, swimming or cycling.

You must drink at least 2 liters of water daily, to ensure the water level of the organism , helping the organs to fulfill their function, mainly the kidneys, which will see their function altered producing an excess of urine that motivates the drainage of all the retained substances.

A large bowl of vegetable broth and a lettuce salad with canons and beet. An infusion
Day 3 – Legumes, rich in fiber, minerals and good source of proteins
Breakfast
A cup of green tea and a bowl of citrus fruits.

Infusion to taste without sugar.
Food
Salad with lamb’s lettuce, carrot and beetroot. A bowl of stewed vegetables with vegetables (options: red or white beans, peas, chickpeas, beans, lentils).
Mid afternoon
Orange juice or skimmed bifidus yogurt.
Dinner
A bowl of vegetable broth and another of braised legumes to choose from.
Day 4 – Nuts, to the above we incorporate nuts, an extraordinary source of nutrients
Breakfast
Mixed fruit salad bowl and a tea with a splash of honey.
Midmorning
An apple or pear, 3 nuts and an infusion to choose without sugar.
Food
Bowl of mashed vegetables (chard, spinach, green beans, squash). Bowl of fruits of the forest.
Mid afternoon
A natural fruit juice + 6 almonds.
Dinner
A bowl of vegetable stock + salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, beet, a spoonful of black beans and 2 chopped nuts.
Day 5 – Fish and Eggs, the best source of protein with very few calories
Breakfast
Bowl of berries or citrus. A tea with a splash of honey.
Midmorning
One pear or apple and 6 hazelnuts.
Food
A bowl of vegetable broth, mixed salad with boiled egg and tuna. Sea bass or Gilthead sea bream.
Mid afternoon
An infusion to taste and 3 nuts.
Dinner
French omelet with one yolk and two whites and steamed sole.
